gernEvent GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “gernEvent”), including gernEvent brands: Lovely Presents, my german DMC, medieval-entertainment.com, gernGuest and gernDigital, attaches importance to the protection of your personal data and therefore adheres strictly to the data protection and data security laws.
2. Collection, use and processing of personal data

For security and performance reasons, CloudFlare Inc. processes the following data on CloudFlare servers:

– Date and time of retrieval
– Browser type and version
– The operating system of the user
– Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
– IP address

When contact is made with gernEvent, the details of the user for the processing of the request and possible connection requests are stored. The user provides this data voluntarily.
So-called cookies are used for the website. Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser from the website on your device. They serve to make the use of the website easier for you.
The cookies used for the website are regularly only for the duration of your visit valid cookies (“session cookies“). These session cookies are automatically deleted from your device when you leave the website. When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like-Button” while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. As a result, Facebook can assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We point out that we as the provider of the pages are not aware of the content of the data transmitted and their use by Facebook.

gernEvent does not transfer any personal data that you have entered on this website or that we have stored about you to Facebook, Twitter, or Google.
To ensure that your data is not read by unauthorized persons during the transmission, we encrypt our complete web pages according to the current state of the art. The active encryption can be recognized by the “https” in the address bar of your browser.
gernEvent meets the legally required, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access.
4. Retention period of the data
Personal data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here, or as provided for by the statutory retention periods. After the discontinuation of the respective purpose or after the expiry of the retention periods, the data will be deleted or blocked in accordance with the statutory provisions.
5. Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
Upon request, the user has the right to obtain free information about his personal data stored at gernEvent. He also has the right to request the correction and deletion of his personal data. If data cannot be deleted due to retention requirements, these will be blocked until the retention requirement has been removed.
